What is BrightPath City?
BrightPath City is a city imagined 250 years ahead and built one piece at a time, with care. Kindness, dignity, accessibility and belonging come first. It is made of 3D renders, music, characters and stories.
Is it free?
Yes. Visiting this site, printing the freebies and sending cards are free, with no sign-up. Patron levels on Patreon (opens in a new tab) are optional and add things like early songs. Nothing here is urgent, and nobody is measured by what they give.
When does it open?
There is no opening date. BrightPath City is being built a piece at a time, and this website is a private preview that has not been published. We would rather tell you that than promise a date we might miss. Pet Park, a design for now, opens after the new render machine arrives.
What are the friend levels?
There are five: Visitor and Friend are free. Neighbor ($5 per month), Builder ($15) and Founder ($40) are optional patron levels. How to join shows what each one is.
How do I help?
Follow, share, or tell us about one kind thing you did. If you would like to give, the support page lists the ways. If it is not the right moment, that is completely fine.
Can I use the printables?
Yes. They are free to print and share. Please keep the BrightPath credit. See Freebies.
Who made this?
BrightPath is made by a small studio, with Blender and other careful tools. The site is signed by BrightPath only. Some pages, such as Technology, were drafted with AI assistance and say so plainly.
Is my data collected?
No. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The site keeps two small things on your own device only: whether you have visited before, and your Read-it-your-way choices. They never leave your device. If you email us, we receive your message and address. Links to YouTube, TikTok and Patreon go to those services, which have their own rules.
Is the site accessible?
We build for it and test it, and we are honest about gaps. Read the accessibility statement, or use “Read it your way” at the top of any page for larger text, high contrast and less motion.
How do I get in touch?
Email is the only way. See the contact page.
